About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Vanilla Ice cream


  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks


  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice


  • 1 ½ oz Spiced Rum

Preparation

Add ½ oz of rum, ice cream, frozen pineapple, and juice into a blender and start at slow speed and gradually increase until mixture is smooth. blend until smooth and proper consistency. Scoop into glass. Add rest of rum as floater.
